A: You must be 21 years of age and have a VALID State ID, Passport or Identification card issued by a federal or state agency authorized to issue a driver's license or identification card.

Q: What is the most I can purchase at this time?

A: You are able to purchase up to 1 ounce of legal tested cannabis flower, or 7 grams of concentrate or edibles containing no more than 5600 milligrams.

Q: If i come to alaska from out of state Can i purchase?

A: YES!  As long as you have a valid form of Identification you are able to purchase.

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HEMP AND MARIJUANA?

A: Hemp and Marijuana are both Cannabis plants. Hemp is a cannabis sativa that contains less than o.3% THC. The United States Farm Bill of 2014 classified industrial hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC on a dry-weight basis.

A: Unfortunately all purchase of legal cannabis must be CASH-ONLY.  ATM's are inside all dispensary locations.
